1. The service

Vipin Kaushik offers classical Vedic astrology consultations conducted online. A consultation is a conversation: Vipin reads the natal chart according to Bṛhat Parāśara Horā Śāstra, Phaladīpikā, and Sārāvalī, and answers the questions you bring. It is not a prediction, a guarantee of any outcome, or a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

The website itself is a thin surface: a homepage that describes the practice, a booking flow that takes your request, and a small set of legal pages. The site does not store accounts, charts, or birth data beyond the booking request you submit.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to book a consultation. By submitting a booking request you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Booking and fees

Current fees, in Indian Rupees:

• Consultation · 15 minutes — ₹5,100
• Consultation · 30 minutes — ₹8,100
• Vastu — ₹21,000

All consultations are online only through August 2026. In-person sessions at the Gurugram address resume after that. Fees include applicable taxes. Payment is required to confirm a booking. Pricing may change; changes apply only to bookings made after the change.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Vipin Kaushik does not retain card or banking details.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Sessions are not refundable once booked. Reschedules are offered conditionally at Vipin’s discretion when raised on WhatsApp before the appointment. Full policy: /refunds.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate birth data (date, time, place). Incorrect data produces an incorrect chart; Vipin Kaushik cannot be held responsible for readings based on information you supply.

You agree not to record, share, or redistribute consultation content without prior written consent. Notes Vipin gives you are for your own reference.

6. What Vipin does not do

• Does not sell, stock, commission, or refer gemstones, yantras, or any remedy.
• Does not produce PDF reports or written predictions outside the session record.
• Does not affiliate with any āśrama, paṇḍit lineage, or trust.
• Does not pressure with countdowns, scarcity, or urgency. The booking flow is discoverable, never advertised mid-content.

These are practice rules, not promises that need explaining. They’re here so you know what to expect before booking.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, design, glyphs, visual assets — is the property of Vipin Kaushik or its licensors. You may not reproduce it commercially without permission. Personal reference and citation with attribution are permitted.

8. Limitation of liability

Consultations are provided in good faith based on classical texts. Vipin Kaushik is not liable for decisions you make based on a reading, nor for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this service. To the extent permitted by law, total liability is capped at the fee paid for the session in question.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Indian consumer-protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be notified via the site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The effective date at the top of this page is authoritative.
