1. The service

Vipin Kaushik offers classical Vedic astrology consultations conducted online. A consultation is a conversation — Vipin reads the natal chart and interprets it according to BPHS and classical texts. It is not a prediction, a guarantee of any outcome, or a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

The platform (this website) lets you save your birth data, view your chart, browse Jyotish reference material, and book or prepare for a session. Computation is precise; interpretation lives in the consultation.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to create an account or book a consultation. By using this service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Booking and fees

• 15-minute consultation — ₹3,100
• 30-minute consultation — ₹5,100
• Vastu site visit — ₹21,000

All consultations are currently conducted online only. Fees are stated in Indian Rupees inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is required to confirm a booking. Pricing may change; changes apply to new bookings only.

4. Cancellation and refunds

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate birth data (date, time, place). Incorrect data produces an incorrect chart; Vipin cannot be held responsible for readings based on information you supply. You agree not to record, share, or redistribute consultation content without prior written consent.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, design, Jyotish entity data, glyphs, and visual assets — is the property of Vipin Kaushik or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Consultations are provided in good faith based on classical texts. Vipin Kaushik is not liable for decisions you make based on a reading, nor for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this service. To the extent permitted by law, total liability is capped at the fee paid for the session in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via the site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
