Cancellation & Refunds

1. No refunds on booked sessions

Sessions are not refundable once booked. Payment confirms the appointment and reserves the time on the calendar — that time cannot be re-sold to another visitor, which is why a booking fee is not returnable.

This applies whether you attend the session, cancel after booking, or simply do not show up.

2. Reschedules are offered, conditionally

If you need a different time, reach out on WhatsApp +91 98716 47111 before your appointment. A reschedule will be offered at Vipin’s discretion.

In ordinary cases this is granted for any reasonable reason raised in good faith and with enough notice to release the slot. Discretion is genuine, not bureaucratic — Vipin reads each request himself.

After a session has been delivered, no further reschedule applies. If you would like to revisit the same questions, that is a follow-up consultation, separately booked.

3. Technical failures

If a session cannot proceed due to a verifiable failure on Vipin’s side (his connection, his calendar, his hardware), the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. No fee changes hands and no refund is issued — the slot simply moves to a new time you and Vipin agree on.

Connection issues on your side: if your connection drops mid-session, Vipin will continue reading the chart for the remaining time and you may rejoin. If you cannot, the consultation concludes; the fee stands.

4. Vastu enquiries

Vastu site visits follow a different path — an enquiry is exchanged before a visit is scheduled. There is no advance payment for the enquiry itself. The visit fee, once a date is confirmed, follows the same no-refund rule as consultations.

5. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Sessions are non-refundable per §1; the only path to a new slot is a reschedule per §2 or §3. Vipin Kaushik does not retain card or banking details; all payment data is held by Razorpay under their terms.
