Sessions run 15 to 30 minutes. You tell me what you're asking. I'll be looking at the relevant charts while we talk — sometimes one, sometimes a few. What you leave with depends on what's there. Sometimes it's something to do. Sometimes it's something to be careful of for a while — don't sign that contract, don't drive too much this month, don't take that argument any further. Sometimes it's just knowing what's running and how long.
